  • Pursuing a paleo/low-carbohydrate eating plan (as of February 2019) to regulate my body fat down to a sustainable and healthier level (post, update).

Current nutritional/athletic supplements

  • Morning (immediately on waking)
    • 24 oz of water with 4g vitamin C (half ascorbic acid and half sodium ascorbate)
  • During the day (ad-hoc)
    • 2 scoops (50g) of whey protein powder (1-2 times as needed)
    • Vitamin C in water (as needed)
  • After dinner
    • Men’s Multivitamin
    • Vitamin K2-D combo
    • Curcumin
    • Krill oil
    • Cod liver oil
  • Evening (before bed)
    • Lithium orotate (5mg)
    • Melatonin (3mg)
    • Water with:
      • 4g Vitamin C
      • 2 tsp magnesium citrate
